Prague -- First Week in October

We ate pho the first night.  There is a big Vietnamese population in Prague.  They came during the Communist rule, having been invited by the government to be guest workers in the Czech Republic.

I'm eating knedlik and zeli (pork, dumplings, and sauerkraut), a dish I grew up with.  Mom made it better, though.
